This helps to streamline the process and takes the documentation process off the plate of your highest skilled team members and assigns to a team member skilled in the documentation.

Let’s start by breaking down the process. In the video, the speaker recorded a short system on how to hire staff. This system was passed on to the system’s champion, who then duplicated the system and populated it in the systems, policies, and training section. The systems champion, Angel, went through a series of steps to review all the materials, create the first draft, Q&A with another team member, and then get feedback from the knowledgeable worker (Dave). Once the system was marked as green, it was loaded into Asana next to any relevant tasks.
