Valmond & Gibson’s Story
Valmond & Gibson emerged during a challenging period, the midst of COVID-19. As suppliers of building facades, they carved a niche without engaging in installation or fabrication. Kieran, head of people, systems, and innovation, joined the company to help drive its systems and processes. As a startup that’s been operational for about three and a half years, they had to quickly establish efficient systems to manage their expanding company needs.
The Challenges
Starting in a period as tumultuous as the COVID-19 pandemic, Valmond & Gibson needed to ensure their operational systems were robust enough to support their unique business structure. Despite an understanding of the importance of systems, Kieran and Michael, the business owner, found themselves lacking the practical tools to systemize effectively. They aimed to transcend theoretical knowledge to establish a concrete framework for business process optimization.
The Solution
